A model of leadership and own education for the Well- being and the Autonomy of the people
Abstract
Indigenous and Afro-descendant people in struggle for the claim of their rights have developed leadership capacity to promote and mobilize the actions based on their own aspirations, that lead to life in fullness, Well-being. Regarding the conceptualizations of leadership, this investigation raises a close relationship between educational leadership and community leadership, starting from the influence that they have to trace the paths of Well-being of indigenous and Afro-descendant people from the Autonomous and Educational processes. The issue of educational leadership is addressed from the experience of the Regional Autonomous Educational System as a model of own Education that arises from cooperative collaboration. It also describes the initial points of higher education entities, educational leaderships of formative action in their own philosophical ideals for the mutual benefit and in harmonious coexistence. The last section highlights the challenges that educational institutions have to carry out educational leadership in intercultural education.
